Surrey Artists Network 1st Anniversary Exhibition

Artwork by more than 50 Surrey artists was shown at the Surrey Artists Network 1st Anniversary Exhibition in a display that demonstrated the diversity of artistic talent in the county.

Since its launch in April 2009, the Surrey Artists Network had seen a steady stream of new members who, between them, had uploaded over 1000 photos of their artwork by April the following year, but this exhibition gave them all a chance to show their work for real – and the standard was exceptionally high.

The Surrey Artists Network gives artists of all abilities in and around the Surrey area an online environment where they can meet other artists, exchange ideas, ask each other for advice and easily collaborate on local art projects.
